Eligible customers must successfully apply for designated NETVIGATOR 1000M Fibre-To-The-Home Broadband Service and Gamer Pack, both with not less than 24-month commitment period. Payment must be made by credit card. All service installation must be completed within 30 days after the application date. If the service installation cannot be completed within the 30-day period for any reasons (including but not limited to customer’s personal reasons, installation difficulty in your building/premises, problems of network/resources or other issues), this Offer will be forfeited and you will not be compensated, and we shall have the right to charge you the Application Cancellation Charge as set out in the NETVIGATOR Application. For customers under NETVIGATOR pre-installation service plan, customers must activate both their NETVIGATOR Broadband and Gamer Pack Services within 12 months after the date of completion of the service installation.
2. Eligible customers will be entitled to up to HK$680 waiver on installation service fee for the NETVIGATOR Broadband Service under this Offer. The amount of installation service fee payable will depend on the service installation address. If the installation service fee payable for your service installation address exceeds HK$680, you will be liable to pay the difference in installation service fee. Eligible customers will be entitled to two (2) PlayStation™ Network prepaid cards of HK$500 each (worth HK$1,000 in total) after completion of the service installation. Eligible customers will receive two (2) redemption codes by SMS to their registered mobile number from NETVIGATOR within around 4 to 6 weeks after completion of the service installation. Redemption of the prepaid cards (through the redemption codes) must be made within the designated redemption period in accordance with the instructions stated in the SMS. PlayStation™ Network prepaid card is provided by Sony Entertainment Network. We, Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited, will not be responsible in any way for any obligation or liability in connection with your or any person’s use of any PlayStation™ Network prepaid card. If your NETVIGATOR Broadband Service is terminated for whatever reasons, your Gamer Pack Service subscribed under this Offer will also be terminated at the same time. If either or both of your NETVIGATOR Broadband or Gamer Pack Services are terminated for whatever reasons prior to expiry of the commitment period, you will be liable to pay for early termination charges for those services as set out in the NETVIGATOR Application. Besides, we reserve the rights to charge you HK$1,000 for the PlayStation™ Network prepaid card. If there is any dispute in connection with this Offer, our decision shall be final, binding and conclusive. NETVIGATOR Broadband Service is provided by us and is available in designated residential areas, subject to the relevant terms and conditions.
3. The bandwidth specification of 1000M refers to the network specifications of the subscribed services for the broadband line connected from the modem at your premises to the first piece of network equipment or central office. For Fibre-to-the-Home plans, bandwidth specification of 1000M corresponds to a maximum upstream and downstream bandwidth of 1000Mbps. The actual speed you experience using the services will be less than the network specifications and are affected by your device, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, usage levels, international bandwidth and other extraneous factors.
4. Gamer Pack Service is provided by HKT, subject to the “Gamer Pack Terms and Conditions”. The low latency guarantee applies to multiple overseas game servers. Currently, service monitoring covers games including FIFA 20, eFootball PES 2020, Grand Theft Auto V, Hearthstone, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege, Apex Legends, DOTA 2, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, Fortnite, League of Legends, Overwatch, Heroes of the Storm, Diablo 3, World of Warcraft and Starcraft II.
