#Bandwidth specification refers to network specifications of the services subscribed to for the broadband line connected from the modem at your premises to the first piece of NETVIGATOR network equipment or central office. For 1000M Broadband Service, bandwidth specification corresponds to a maximum downstream and upstream bandwidth of 1000Mbps. Actual speed experienced will be less than the network specifications and will be affected by your device, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, usage levels, international bandwidth and extraneous factors.

uHub plus Cloud Storage Service is provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications ( "HKT" ) Limited subject to the applicable terms and conditions, including but not limited to the General Conditions of uHub plus Service and the Special Conditions of uHub plus Service (available at here). Customers are required to register uHub plus service via here within 3 months after their NETVIGATOR Service installation to enjoy 10GB uHub plus cloud storage. Otherwise, customers will only be entitled to the prevailing uHub plus basic storage capacity. If the designated NETVIGATOR Service is terminated by a customer or HKT for whatever reason, the customer's uHub plus storage entitlement will be terminated or downgraded.
The low latency guarantee of Gamer Pack currently applies to 49 overseas game servers. Service monitoring covers games that include FIFA 20, eFootball PES 2020, Grand Theft Auto V, Hearthstone, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege, Apex Legends, DOTA 2, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, Fortnite, League of Legends, Overwatch, Heroes of the Storm, Diablo 3, World of Warcraft and Starcraft II. The Money-back guarantee will be only applicable when you subscribe to designated Gamer Pack service, but is not available to any bundled Gamer Pack service. ▲HKT Smart Living Home Networking Wireless Service ( "Home Wi-Fi Service" ) is an extra service of NETVIGATOR Broadband Service. These are limited time offers available only to selected NETVIGATOR Broadband Service customers in designated residential areas who have successfully subscribed to a designated Home Wi-Fi Service with a commitment period of not less than 24 months (as an extra service of the customer's NETVIGATOR Broadband Service), and have not had any Home Wi-Fi Service provided by us running at their service installation address within three (3) months before the date of application, subject to relevant terms and conditions. The 12-month service fee waiver will apply to designated months during the commitment period of the Home Wi-Fi service.Eligible Customer must purchase selected item from HKT education web or HKT education roadshow and is able to present a valid student identity card and submit a valid collection note, which the valid student identity card and collection note should be listed the name of the Registrant, when subscribing to this Offer. Each eligible customer and whose service installation address is entitled to this offer once.

The revised terms will take effect when they are posted. In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final, binding and conclusive. We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
