Home Wi-Fi performance depends on factors such as size of apartment, layout of premises, nature of construction materials and extraneous factors, as well as area of coverage specified by the customer.

^@ Applicable only to customers using Home Wireless Service (Wi-Fi Mastery – Basic Plan) with designated modem-router.

^{^} Maintenance service does not cover damage or loss caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or unauthorized repair or modification.

⁺ Existing Home Wi-Fi Service customers are required to adhere to certain conditions and could be charged an additional monthly fee when upgrading to other router models.
