For 2x1000M Multi-Use Broadband Service, bandwidth specification corresponds to a maximum downstream bandwidth of 2Gbps and maximum upstream bandwidth of 1Gbps (by two (2) passive optical network modem ports of up to 1Gbps each). Actual speed experienced will be less than the network specifications and will be affected by your device, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, usage levels, international bandwidth and extraneous factors. VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) technology for 2x1000M Multi-Use Plan is disabled by default, unless Customer has requested NETVIGATOR to enable this technology.

Service monitoring covers games that include League of Legends, Overwatch, Heroes of the Storm, Diablo 3, World of Warcraft and Starcraft II. Gamer Pack service is provided subject to Gamer Pack Terms and Conditions. The Money-Back Guarantee stated in the said Terms and Conditions does not apply to 2x1000M Multi-Use Broadband Service and 4x1000M Multi-Use Broadband Service.
