"King of Coverage" are solutions from Home Networking Wireless Service ("Home Wi-Fi Service"), which is an extra service of NETVIGATOR/ LiKE1OO's Broadband Service.

Home Wi-Fi performance depends on factors such as size of apartment, layout of premises, nature of construction materials and extraneous factors, as well as area of coverage specified by the customer. Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 6E wireless network performance depends on the support of the end device.

The monthly charge of your service plan after the expiry of the commitment period will be at our prevailing rates. For details, please go to Public Housing> / Other housing. These rates are subject to change, and HKT's decision shall be final and binding in the event of dispute.

The "Basic Plan" of "King of Coverage" includes provision of one router. Customers can subscribe to an "Upgrade Plan" based on the same router model. A maximum of four "Upgrade Plans" can be subscribed to in respect of each service installation address.

Features of the specified router model are applicable only to the Home Networking Wireless Service plan subscribed to by new customers after October 12, 2020. Network specifications apply to the router supplied. Actual speed experienced by a customer will be less than the network specifications, and wired network specifications, and will be affected by factors including your router’s network specifications, network specifications of the service you subscribe to, layout of your apartment, device used, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, plus availability of international bandwidth, as well as Wi-Fi interference and extraneous factors.

This is a time-limited offer and only applicable to the first unit of rental router, applicable to both new and existing Netvigator personal customers, whom also select or upgrade to 2500M fiber-to-home broadband and sign a 36-month commitment period.
NETVIGATOR/ LiKE1OO Broadband Service and Home Wi-Fi Service are provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited and available only in designated residential areas, subject to Terms & Conditions.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions without notice. Revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
