^< Home Wi-Fi performance depends on factors such as size of apartment, layout of premises, nature of construction materials and extraneous factors, as well as area of coverage specified by the customer. Wi-Fi 6E wireless network performance depends on the support of the end device.

* Maintenance service does not cover damage or loss caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or unauthorized repair or modification.

⁺ Existing Home Wi-Fi Service customers are required to adhere to certain conditions and could be charged an additional monthly fee
when upgrading to other router models.

^ Applicable to designated existing NETVIGATOR consumer customers and are required to subscribe to Home Wi-Fi service with at least 24 months’ commitment period. HKT will continue to provide the service to you after commitment periods on a month-to-month basis at the prevailing monthly rate. For reference only, the currently monthly rate (without commitment period) for 24-month OPPO RSD07 rental router service is HK$48. The service is subject to relevant terms and conditions. ^# Bandwidth Specification refers to network specification of the subscribed Services for the broadband line connected from the modem at your premises to the first piece of network equipment or central office of the NETVIGATOR. For 2500M Fiber-to-the-Home Broadband Service, bandwidth specification corresponds to a maximum downstream and upstream bandwidth of 2.5Gbps respectively. The actual speed you experience using the services will be less than the network specifications and affected by your device, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, usage levels, international bandwidth and other extraneous factors.

Home Wi-Fi Service is an Extra Service of NETVIGATOR/ LiKE1OO Broadband Service.

NETVIGATOR broadband service and Home Wi-Fi Service are provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited.
