NETVIGATOR Email launches 2-step Verification

We are committed to bringing you a secure online experience. This August, we will launch 2-step verification to enhance the security of your NETVIGATOR Email account.

What this means for you?

Starting from now, whenever you log in to web version of NETVIGATOR Email service from a new device, in addition to your password, you will need to input an one-time verification code (OTP), which will be sent by email to your registered backup email address or by SMS to your registered mobile number.

As a security alert, you will receive a SMS sent to your registered mobile number and/or an email alert sent to your registered backup email containing time and location details of this login.

• set up directly when logging into web version of NETVIGATOR Email service, OR
• select "Set Up 2-step Verification" after login to "Customer Service”
