Parametiric equations

For the first set of parametric equations, x = sin z and y = cos z , where z is a parameter. What is the locus of the point P(x , y) when z varies?

For the second set of parametric equations, x = cos z and y = sin z , where z is a parameter. What is the locus of the point Q(x , y) when z varies?
