Here you can find the premium redemption form, authorization form, redemption center address and working hours, premium information and some reminders.

Premium Redemption

Registered customers must present their own HKID card, the SMS / E-mail (no_reply@netvigator.com) notification and the completed premium redemption form (Click here to download), collecting the premium at a designated redemption center within one month of receiving notification.

If it's registered by company name, please present the company BR copy and chop for premium redemption procedure.

Delegation for Collection

Authorized persons collecting the gift on your behalf must complete the authorization form (Click here to download) authorized persons' HKID and provide a photocopy of the registered user's HKID card to collect the premium at a designated redemption center within one month of receiving notification.

Special points to note
  • Please check availability of stock at the service center prior to your visit. Inquiry hotline: 2888 3115.

  • Premium not collected within the designated period will be forfeited and customers will not be compensated.

  • Redeemed premiums cannot be returned or replaced. Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited expressly disclaims any liability for the safety, suitability, quality and performance of the redeemed premiums.

  • In case of disputes, the decision of Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited shall be final, binding and conclusive.
