  • The listed monthly fees above are subject to changes from time to time.

  • The service availability is subject to network coverage and Customer's service installation address.

  • Promotional offers are available to some designated residential areas or housing estates. Please provide service installation addresses to our sales representatives for checking.

  • An Installation Service Fee or Activation Service Fee is also payable to commence the service and again if you move to a different address. The amount payable depends on your address. Usage based and administrative charges are also payable in certain circumstances, including lost equipment and reconnection charges. For details, please call Consumer Service Hotline 1000. Customer can terminate the contract by giving us a not less than 30 days' prior written notice but if the contract is terminated during the Commitment Period, an early termination charge equivalent to the service fees for the balance of the Commitment Period is payable.   • Bandwidth Specification refers to network specifications of the subscribed Services for the broadband line connected from the modem at your Premises to the first piece of network equipment or central office of the NETVIGATOR network. For Fiber-to-the-Home Plans, bandwidth specifications of 500M and 1000M correspond to a maximum upstream and downstream bandwidth of 500Mbps / 1000Mbps respectively. For 2x1000M Multi-Use Broadband Service, bandwidth specification corresponds to a maximum downstream bandwidth of 2000Mbps and maximum upstream bandwidth of 1000Mbps (by two passive optical network modem ports of up to 1000Mbps each). For the 4x1000M Multi-Use Broadband Service corresponds to a maximum downstream bandwidth of 4000Mbps and maximum upstream bandwidth of 2Gbps 2000Mbps (by four passive optical network modem ports of up to1000Mbps each). For 10000M Fiber-to-the-Home Plans, bandwidth specification corresponds to a maximum downstream and upstream bandwidth of 10000Mbps. For 2500M Fiber-to-the-Home Broadband Service, bandwidth specification corresponds to a maximum downstream and upstream bandwidth of 2500Mbps respectively. ). For 50000M Fiber-to-the-Home Plans, bandwidth specification corresponds to a maximum downstream of 50000Mbps and upstream bandwidth of 25000Mbps.The actual speed you experience using the Service will be less than the network. VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) technology for 2x1000M Multi-Use Plan is disabled by default, unless Customer has requested NETVIGATOR to enable this technology.
